Chilli Lemon Garlic Salmon with Broccoli 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 salmon steak
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp of chilli pepper 
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 head of broccoli 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, 3 cloves of minced garlic, juice of half a lemon and chilli pepper to taste
2. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil into a pan and cook salmon 5 minutes on each side on medium heat till the fish is fully cooked
3. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Chop of broccoli into 2 inch pieces and saute with 3 minced garlic cloves for 5 minutesNew Paragraph
