    • Handful of spinach 
    • 2 inch cube of ginger 
    • 1/2  lemon, juice
    • 1 banana, sliced 
    • 1 cup of berries 
    • 1/2 cup of coconut water 
    • 1/2 cup of almond milk

    DIRECTIONS:

    Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy.
