INGREDIENTS:
2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast (1 cm cubes)
1 bunch of basil, chopped
2 tbsp of fish sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
Put 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan under medium heat
Add 2 cloves of garlic and sautee for 2 minutes
Add chicken cubes and cook for 8 minutes (until chicken is cooked)
Add chopped basil and stir until basil is wilted
Add fish sauce, stir for 1 minute, then turn the heat down
Serve with choice of grain and your favourite vegetables
